Whether you have been teaching for many years or have just begun, these classes offer a range of information relevant to any yoga teacher. These classes are two and a half hours in length and are characterized by deep postural investigation while integrating philosophy, pranayama, adjustments, modifications, sequencing principles, and therapeutics.

Individual classes present whole and integrated themes and yet are collectively developmental. These classes may be attended on a drop-in basis, yet overall themes span over a series of five weeks.
