Going Deeper – an Intensive Asana Workshop

This 3-week asana series provides the guidelines and techniques that can take your Asana experience from comfort to newness. Learn the use of various supports and methods which facilitate deep opening of the asanas and which create a willingness to take both body and mind deeper into the yoga experience.
Shoulderstand Variations & the Shoulderstand Cycle

This workshop explores Shoulderstand, its variations and the Shoulderstand Cycle in active and restorative modes of practice. Discover ways to support Shoulderstand and it’s variations in order to facilitate sustained holds for maximum therapeutic benefits. This workshop is suitable for all levels of practice, however it is recommended that novice students have attended the Introductory Asana series prior to enrolling in this workshop.
Developing a Personal Home Practice

This 3-lesson series, essential and valuable for students and teachers
at all levels of practice, is a guide through the process of
integrating a daily
home yoga practice into your daily routine. Experience insightful
discovery through personal journaling and guided group discussion. We
will look at various models of
practice suitable for particular seasons, times of day, temperaments
and energy
levels.

Inversions - An In-Depth Study

Through this workshop we will enrich our understanding of the therapeutic properties of these postures, optimal timings, variations, supports and alternatives. Participants must have previous experience with inverted postures.
