Class & Session Schedules 2008-2009
Yoga classes are offered in 10-week sessions working through a cycle of focus on standing poses, seated poses, twists, backbends and restorative practices. Each week prepares one for the next and there is a cumulative effect over time.
Class registration is done on a per-session basis and it is recommend that you register within the first 2 weeks of a session. Each session offers weekly classes, special practices and workshops which you may register for. You may enroll in each component at their individual rates, or you may register for all scheduled classes and workshops in the session at the Full Session Rate rate.
