Intermediate Level Students continue their development through weekly asana classes and Practice Advancement Workshops.
Advanced Level Students are encouraged to endeavor further through sensitive inquiry in the Advanced Level 3-4 classes.
Student Teachers study in the Advanced Level 3-4 classes which are at the heart of Raenel's 500-Hour Teacher Training Program.
Yoga Teachers are invited to continue their professional and personal practice development through continuing education available through Asana for Yoga Teachers each Friday afternoon. These classes run in 5-week cycles and alternate with the 5-week Professional Development Series, which touch on the topics that assist teachers in furthering their teaching skills, their sadhana and the practices of their students.

Guidelines and Tips
Please take a moment to read the following guidelines to optimize your yoga experience:
- Arrive to the studio approximately 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of class to give yourself time to change if necessary, and to settle in. The front door is generally open close to thirty minutes prior to class times, but may be locked once class begins.
- Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga is done in bare feet. Wear comfortable, lightweight, flexible clothing such as shorts, T-shirts, leggings or work-out wear. It is most important is that you are unconstrained by your clothing.
- It is best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. It is suggested that you not eat for about two hours prior to practicing to prevent abdominal discomfort and dizziness.
- Please feel free to ask questions before, during or after class. The beauty about asking questions during class is that it is an opportunity for everyone to learn.
- Remember that it is important to discuss any medical concerns with your doctor and with your instructor in order to provide you with the best possible experience. Notify your teacher if you are pregnant.
